    This beer was inspired by both East and West coast IPAs.  Drawing dank piney hop character from the West and smooth light bitterness.  Along with its dry crushability from the East.

    IMAGINE THE SUMMIT, 8.5%
    Back after a long hiatus! This DDH Imperial IPA is brewed with fluffy oats and hit on the hot and cold side with Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe. Life is full of peaks and valleys. Don’t forget to enjoy the climb and Imagine the Summit on your journey.

    One of the first Imperial IPAs we ever brewed! We originally brewed this beer to celebrate the first time we were ever able to get our hand on Citra and Mosaic hops, over 8 years ago.

    WING NIGHT, 8%
    An Imperial IPA brewed to be the perfect company to a plate of wings. It’s brewed with lactose for sweetness and mouthfeel and hopped with Simcoe and Simcoe cryo in kettle and double dry hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo. Does not contain chicken, celery or ranch dressing.

    DOUBLE GALACTIC EVENT, 9%
    Double IPA version of Intergalactic Event DDH with Galaxy, Nelson and Strata hops.

    Triple IPA version of Maine Event IPA hopped with Citra and Simcoe hops.  $21/4 pack

    HIGH BEAMS, 8% 
    DDH Imperial IPA with local wildflower honey. Honey was added on the hot side for earthiness and complexity. We dry hopped this beer with Nelson Sauvin and Citra.

    HI-DI-HO NEIGHBOR, 8.3%
    Imperial IPA brewed in collaboration with our new neighbors in Medford, Farm Truck. Inspired by one of our favorite old school TV shows, this double dry hopped Imperial IPA is hopped with Idaho 7 in the whirlpool and double dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka and a cool new-to-us Australian hop, Eclipse.

    TRIPLE PILLOW TALK, 10.4%
    Triple Pillow Talk is 10.4% Triple IPA. This Triple IPA is a scaled up version of Pillow Talk and Imperial Pillow Talk. This Triple IPA is brewed with lactose and a mountain of fluffy marshmallows. We triple dry hopped it with Motueka, El Dorado and Citra and Mosaic Cryo.

    PIRATE PLANK WALK, 6.5%
    This hazy IPA is hopped with Citra hops.

    REFRESH PILSNER, 5%
    American Pilsner and new year round offering! Clean, crisp, and crushable.

    SOUR 

    BLUE MILK, 5%
    Star Wars themed smoothie sour brewed with blue raspberry, coconut cream and vanilla ice cream (contains lactose). This beer pours bright blue in color. This is the way.

    COOL AIDE AND FROZEN PIZZA, 5%
    This smoothie sour is inspired by one of our favorite rappers. It is conditioned on our favorite fruit punch drink powder along with guava, pineapple, apricot, mango & blood orange.

    EGG HUNT, 5.5%
    Brewed with vanilla ice cream, marshmallow and lactose. There’s so much ice cream in this beer that it is white. Egg Hunt has just a bit of tartness and has bold notes of vanilla milkshakes, vanilla soft serve cones from your local ice cream truck and your favorite Easter marshmallow bunnies and chicks.

    STOUT

    DOUBLE VANILLA MIND OVER MATTER, 8%
    New variant of Mind Over Matter, and our last batch of the season! This double chocolate milk stout is brewed with lactose, cocoa nibs, and double vanilla. Sweet, velvety and delicious.

    FUDGEMENT DAY: TEMPLE OF HAZELNUT, 11% 
    Thick and fudgey Imperial Stout brewed with chocolate fudge, chocolate pudding, cocoa nibs and hazelnut. Notes of that world famous chocolate and hazelnut spread. Contains Lactose.
