Imperial Stout inspired by cannolis and fried Oreos - brewed with cannoli cream, Oreos and powdered sugar.

BOURBON BARREL AGED HOT CAKES WITH BANANA, COCONUT & MAPLE SYRUP, 13.5%

Collaboration with Great Notion. Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months and conditioned on wild Thai banana, coconut and maple syrup.

BARREL WARFARE, 12.7%

Collaboration with Taconic Distillery. Imperial Stout aged in Taconic bourbon barrels for a 18 months conditioned on bourbon barrel aged vanilla extract we aged in-house in a bourbon barrel for 1 year.
