Sales/Business Development Representative

We are seeking a full-time Sales/New Business Development Representative to join our team.  This individual will be responsible for securing new draft/retail accounts (off & on premise) and maintaining/building relationships with existing accounts.  This position reports to the Head of Sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify/develop appropriate new accounts & new placements 

  • Cold calling, sampling and in-person visits to solicit first order

  • Establish and maintain/manage relationships with new accounts

  • Accurately enter and update sales information into data system

  • Regularly communicate with retail accounts to check inventory, take orders, and present new products

  • Ensure that the quality standards and ethos of the brewery are clear and understood by retailers

  • Maintain a competent knowledge base of the products available and represents the brewery in a positive and pleasant manner

  • Continual communications with Head of Sales as well as weekly meetings with Head of Sales to ensure all sales/account objectives are achieved

  • Excellent time management 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast pace environment 

  • Team player

  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license


  • 21+

  • Prior industry/sales experience a plus but not necessary 

  • Strong knowledge of the brewing industry and the distribution process

  • Alcohol server certification is a plus
